Here at Sewers Delight we service and repair ALL makes of sewing machines including, Brother, Husqvarna, Janome and Singer.
Servicing or repairs is usually a one week turnaround. With Pick up being Tuesday morning for machines to be retuned the following Tuesday. A Quote fee of $20 is required to cover freight to send machines to the Repairer. If you go ahead with the quote then the $20 comes off the price of the machine service. Sewers we recommend that you have your machine serviced every 12 months. Please change your needles regularly as they do go blunt with use.
A Standard Machine Service is $131.45.
A Overlocker Machine Service is $131.45
A Embroidery Machine Service is $161.45
A Electrical Test Report is $7.70
Re-Wire Foot Control from $27.50
Parts are not included in a standard service.
WHAT IS WARRANTY
The sewing machine manufacturer warranties their product. Circuit boards - five years, motors - one or two years. Twelve months labour for replacement of faulty parts. Freight IS payable by the customer as stated in the warranty form in order to get the machine to the wholesalers to perform warranty work.
Warranty is NOT a free service during the twelve month period; adjustments to tensions or replacement of damaged parts such as neddle threaders, bobbin cases or blades, which is to be considered normal wear and tear and are chargeable items.
